EAST RUTHERFORD, N.J. — Former BYU running back Tyler Allgeier continued to add to his career year in week 13 against the New York Jets with his eighth touchdown of the season.
Prior to 2025, Allgeier’s career high for scores in a season was five.
Through the first three quarters at MetLife Stadium, Allgeier had seven carries for 20 yards and a touchdown.
On the scoring play, he took it up the gut before spinning to his right and reaching across the goal line. The TD was Atlanta’s first and tied the game at 7-7 going into halftime.
This season, Allgeier’s carries and yards numbers are down due to Bijan Robinson’s efficiency. But the Falcons continue to call his name in the red zone, and he continues to punch it in.
