An 18-year-old man was killed and two others were injured in a shooting on Sunday evening in Chicago's Bronzeville neighborhood, authorities said.
The shooting occurred at approximately 5:05 p.m. in the 4100 block of South Wabash Avenue near East 41st Street. Chicago police said three victims were inside a vehicle when three others approached, and one of those individuals fired shots.
An 18-year-old man was struck multiple times and pronounced dead at the scene. A second victim, a 20-year-old man, was struck in the leg and transported to an area hospital in good condition.
A third individual, a 20-year-old woman, was shot in the leg and also hospitalized in good condition.
No one was in custody as of Sunday evening.
Detectives were investigating.
