Amy Dowden has said she 'can't go through another cancer diagnosis' as she opened up about why she underwent a second mastectomy.
The Strictly Come Dancing star was first diagnosed with breast cancer in early 2023. After finding a lump the day before her honeymoon with fellow dancer Ben Jones, Amy had to undergo a single mastectomy before having chemotherapy treatment.
It was then in February 2024 that Amy announced she had ‘no evidence of disease’ following tests and later made her return to the hit BBC One dance show for its 20th-anniversary series last year.
