Every year, the team at The Jones Assembly revamp the restaurant's menu a couple times to keep dishes seasonally appropriate.

This year's winter menu was developed by a team headed by a brand new executive chef.

Executive chef Patrick Hart is cranking up the comfort and pairing it with The Jones Assembly's signature refined dining in a menu that boasts unique spins on classic items.
