LINCOLN — Roughly one month after State Sen. Dan McKeon of Amherst was cited for “public indecency” over an alleged groping incident, state lawmakers are still undecided on how the Nebraska Legislature ought to respond.
The Unicameral’s Executive Board, which is in charge of handling disciplinary procedures within the Legislature, has met at least once in a closed session to discuss the situation, but it is unclear whether anything was decided.
The chair of the Executive Board, State Sen. Ben Hansen of Blair, told the Examiner he was considering scheduling another board meeting during Thanksgiving week
