Karen Carney has made an admission in which she shared what will stay with her 'for the rest of my life' following another sad exit from Strictly Come Dancing.

The former footballer had quite the weekend in the ballroom, having received her first perfect score of the 2025 series alongside her professional dance partner Carlos Gu.

It comes after Karen has been on quite the journey in the competition, having become the first footballer to top the leaderboard in 18 years during week one, and last weekend, during the BBC One dance show's annual jaunt to Blackpool for its special from the famous Tower Ballroom, she came close to a perfect score.
