The National Weather Service forecasts a 70% chance of snow from 1 a.m. to 4 a.m. Tuesday, with the snow gradually expected to turn to rain by 10 a.m. About half an inch of snow is expected to accumulate. Tuesday’s high will be in the low 40s, while overnight lows will drop to the upper 20s.
