DEKALB COUNTY, Ind. (WPTA) - The DeKalb County Sheriff’s Department says no one was seriously hurt after a semi truck rolled over into a ditch Sunday night.

Officers say the crash happened around 7:40 p.m. in the 4900 block of State Road 1.

According to the department, a semi truck was heading south along SR 1 when it left the roadway and overturned into a ditch, trapping the driver inside.

After the driver was freed from the truck by the Concord Fire Department, EMS attempted medical treatment, which he refused.

The department says the driver showed signs of impairment and was taken to the DeKalb County Jail for an OWI investigation.
