COLUMBUS, Ohio -- Julian Sayin accomplished something an Ohio State quarterback hadn’t done in six years with a 27-9 win over Michigan.

Sayin joined Justin Fields as the only quarterbacks to beat the Wolverines since Ryan Day took over as head coach. The first-year starter wasn’t perfect, throwing an interception on his second pass of the game. But he bounced back to complete 19 of 26 passes for 233 yards and three touchdowns to lead the Buckeyes to a win. He earned a Pro Football Focus grade of 83.5 in the process.

The Game proved to be a breakout moment for running back Bo Jackson , who turned a career-high 22 carries into 117 yards, while adding another 49 yards on four catches. He’s the first OSU freshman running back to have 100 rushing yards on the Wolverines since J.K. Dob
