UNC football coach Bill Belichick completed his first season with the Tar Heels in the regular-season finale at N.C. State.

After posting a 4-8 record, including a 2-6 mark in the ACC, Belichick said during his final postgame press conference that UNC will move “pretty quickly” toward focusing on the early signing period, which runs from Dec. 3-5.

After welcoming 70 newcomers to his debut roster, which included a mix of returners, freshmen and additions via the transfer portal, Belichick figures to have another big overhaul to join a stacked 2025 recruiting class.
