CANTON ‒ The National Weather Service has issued a winter weather advisory for northern Ohio, including Stark County.
The agency is predicting two to five inches of snow will fall overnight in north central and Northeast Ohio, with a slippery commute expected the morning of Dec. 2. The advisory is in effect until 1 p.m. Dec. 2.
The Canton region could see up to four inches.
"Plan on slippery road conditions," the National Weather Service said. "The hazardous conditions could impact the Tuesday morning commute."
The heaviest show is expected between 4 and 9 a.m.
The high temperature Dec. 1 is expected to be 32 degrees, with an overnight low of 28. Throughout the day, wind will be blowing east at 5.8 mph.
