Jack Butland insists Rangers need to have a greater desire to both create chances and score them.
The Ibrox side drew a blank in a stalemate with Falkirk , the latest underwhelming result in a poor season to date, on Sunday. While Butland kept a first home clean sheet since September, the issues were at the other end.
The goalkeeper admits his teammates didn't create enough quality opportunities, while not looking like scoring the ones they did carve out.
And, assessing why that might have been, he reckons the team need to be "more desperate" to get among the goals.
“Performance-wise, it wasn’t good enough,” Butland admitted. “We didn't create enough good chances and then didn't look like taking them.
