Plans have been submitted to nearly double a Suffolk logistics park in size, amid fresh concerns from residents.
Curzon De Vere has applied to Mid Suffolk District Council for the expansion of Port One Logistics Park at Great Blakenham.
The proposed expansion is for a 283-acre application site (1,146,536 sq.m), which would see the park nearly double from its current 150 acres.
That new area would be used predominantly for storage and distribution facilities, as well as offices, a cafe, and even a solar farm with substations.
Meanwhile, overhead powerlines, which currently cross the site, would be buried underground.
Also included would be new vehicle and HGV access from the south, improvement works to the B1113 and emergency access from a Circular Road.
