A woman in her 40s, has been left with potentially life-threatening injuries after she was hit by a car in Hyde . Emergency services were called to Ashton Road on Saturday November 29 shortly after 6pm following the incident, which involved a pedestrian and an unknown car.
The incident took place just beyond the junction of Lodge Lane. Greater Manchester Police said the woman, the pedestrian, remains in hospital.
The driver fled the scene and police are currently working to locate them. Anyone with information or footage of the collision is being encouraged to contacted police.
