Even after Iowa State women's basketball team rolled into the top 10 of last week's Associated Press rankings, there was still some doubt about just how good the Cyclones were.

Iowa State had cruised through the early part of its schedule by beating up on a bunch of non-power-conference programs and one in-state foe.
