Now Williams is a free agent, and there are plenty of teams that could be willing to take a risk on him. Practically every contending team is looking to add to its bullpen in the offseason, so Williams could fit with almost every team in baseball.

Ryan Finkelstein of Just Baseball recently projected Williams would sign a four-year, $60 million deal with the New York Mets this winter.

"Williams very well could take a shorter deal that allows him to get right back to free agency after one good season, but for this deal, we are projecting what a four-year contract could look like," Finkelstein wrote.
