Baby left hungry and on cold sheets dies at hospital, inquest hears View Image

Lakshith Guptha Nalla passed away at the University Hospital of Wales in Cardiff in the early hours of 11 May 2024. The court was told that his parents’ lives have “changed forever” since his death.
Coroner Rachel Knight highlighted a series of failings by hospital staff in the days leading up to his death.
