THE Scottish Government has strongly condemned Labour after the Prime Minister signalled a fresh crack down on welfare reforms aimed specifically at young people.
On Monday, Keir Starmer vowed to "do something" about the number of young people he said are "stuck with not earning and not learning".
He said: “On this issue in welfare, I’m focusing particularly on young people, I do think there’s a general consensus there is a moral mission.
