The daughter of a Scottish anti-immigration campaigner has criticised him publicly, calling him a “narcissist, a manipulator and an abuser”.

John Watt became involved in protests outside asylum seeker hotels in Scotland this year and used his podcast to claim asylum seekers were a danger to women. It later emerged he had been convicted in 2018 of abusing two former partners.

His daughter Katie has now spoken out on TikTok, saying she is “not proud” to call him her father.

She said: “He talks about women feeling unsafe because of men coming into the country. But the person out protesting is the one you should be scared of.”

She said the only words she associates with him are “narcissist, manipulator and abuser” and accused him of being “a horrible person”, the Daily Record r
