LAWRENCE, Kan. (KCTV) - Four thieves were arrested late Sunday night after a robbery at Best Buy.

The Lawrence Kansas Police Department said at least $2,500 worth of gaming equipment was taken from the Best Buy on 31st Street. Officers were called to the store just after 9 p.m. Monday after thieves walked past a store employee, went behind the counter, grabbed boxes of games and took off from the store.

Police said the thieves were only in the store for about two minutes and left a vehicle running out front while four men went into the store as it was closing.

The vehicle from outside had a license plate registered to Sedgwick County. LKPD said the investigating officer sent a message to surrounding agencies, which led to a Kansas Highway Patrol trooper pulling the car over just north o
