Illinois-based workplace furniture dealer Henricksen hired Katie Szpyrka as its new director of business development at its Chicago office. Szpyrka was formerly the managing director of real estate services provider Savills North America.

Lancaster Custom Crafted Upholstery welcomed Matthew Burns as its director of sales and brand strategy. Burns, who is based in New York, joins from entertainment company Paramount Global, where he was manager of events and brand experience.
