CAPE GIRARDEAU COUNTY, Mo. (KFVS) - A Jackson man is in jail after he allegedly threatened to “shoot up” a bar in Cape Girardeau.
According to online court records, 20-year-old Malikai Moore is charged with two counts of harassment and making a terrorist threat.
Investigators say two people said they overheard the alleged threat while Moore was at the Jackson Civic Center on Monday afternoon.
According to a probable cause statement, Moore denied making the statement, and told authorities he didn’t have access to a firearm.
He’s being held at the Cape Girardeau County Jail on a $10,000 bond.
Moore is scheduled to be in court on Thursday morning.
