A 44-year-old Saddle Brook man has been arrested on accusations that he assaulted a child for the second time in two years, records show.
On Wednesday, Nov. 26, the New Jersey Division of Child Protection and Permanency contacted the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office Special Victims Unit regarding the physical abuse of a juvenile, Prosecutor Mark Musella said.
An investigation by the Bergen County Prosecutor’s Office and the Saddle Brook Police Department revealed that Victor M. Morales assaulted and injured a child in Saddle Brook. He was charged with endangering the welfare of a child and aggravated assault.
Records show that Morales was charged with endangering/abusing/neglecting a child in his care in Saddle Brook in 2023.
