Starbucks is already looking ahead with its 2026 winter menu, unveiling new drinks — two of which are inspired by the viral Dubai chocolate — that customers can order in early January.

Debuting this winter are the Caramel Protein Matcha and the Caramel Protein Latte. Starbucks’ matcha game continues with the new Iced Dubai Chocolate Matcha, although those who believe matcha tastes like grass will be relieved to get their Dubai chocolate cravings satisfied in the form of the Iced Dubai Chocolate Mocha. Starbucks said the drinks are inspired by “viral customer creations.”

Pistachio also gets a spotlight on the Starbucks 2026 winter menu, with returning beverages Pistachio Latte and Pistachio Cream Cold Brew, and the new Pistachio Cortado. Also arriving in the new year for a limited time
