CLEVELAND, Ohio — A former Lake County police officer has pleaded not guilty to two misdemeanor voyeurism charges in Willoughby Municipal Court.
Christopher Pattie, who was arrested by the Eastlake Police Department, entered the pleas during his arraignment Tuesday morning, according to court records. The case is now moving through pretrial proceedings, with a hearing scheduled for Jan. 13.
Pattie was in Eastlake on Nov. 1 when he secretly recorded another person under their dress with his cellphone, capturing images of their body or undergarments, police said.
The complaint was filed Nov. 19, and a warrant for Pattie’s arrest was issued the same day. His bond was set at $5,000 on Nov. 21.
