CAYCE, S.C. — The City of Cayce has promoted longtime Utilities Director and Cayce native Betsy Catchings to Assistant City Manager, city leaders announced Tuesday.
Catchings, an award-winning engineer with more than two decades of experience, has earned multiple statewide honors during her tenure, including Water Environment Association of South Carolina (WEASC) Capital District Engineer of the Year, WEASC State Young Professional of the Year, and the WEF/WEASC Arthur Sidney Bedel Award for Extraordinary Service.
