LINCOLN, Neb. —
The Nebraska Medical Cannabis Commission met Tuesday and introduced two new members.
Robert "Bud" Synhorst and James Elworth were appointed by Nebraska Gov. Jim Pillen .
The commission heard from medical marijuana advocates, who said they are ready to see some progress.

"And your job is to do the will of the people. I don't know you. I'll see by your actions, who you are and what you think and how you think, who tells you to think, because that's how it is here, and we all know it," Lia Post, a medical marijuana advocate, said.
Members also heard input from cannabis product manufacturers as they work on statewide regulations .
