A birthday party for a 2-year-old girl ended in tragedy on Saturday when gunfire shattered the celebration. Four people were killed, and 13 others were injured.
The San Joaquin County Sheriff, the lead investigator, believes there were multiple gunmen in the Nov. 29 shooting at a banquet hall near the intersection of Lucile Avenue and Thornton Road, where anywhere between 100 to 150 people were in attendance.
In the days following the tragedy, some families have opened up about the loved ones they lost.
