GEORGETOWN COUNTY, S.C. (WCSC) — The Georgetown County Sheriff’s Office has taken two youths into custody after they allegedly went missing from a comprehensive residential facility Tuesday evening.
Fernando Yael Eudave-Gudino, 17, of Orangeburg County, is being held for motor vehicle theft, assault and pointing and presenting a firearm, and Ty’won Jones, 16, of Sumter County, is being held for breaking and entering an auto and burglary.
Deputies searched the surrounding woods by Pennyroyal Road, CCC Road and Santee Cooper’s Winyah Generating Station after the teenagers allegedly ran away from the AMI Kids facility south of Georgetown sometime Tuesday evening.
