Tuition for Illinois residents attending Spoon River College rose by 5% for the 2022-23 school year, based on the latest figures, according to the latest disclosure from the National Center for Education Statistics .
Illinois students paid $11,370 to enroll at the two-year public college this year, an increase of $540 from the $10,830 charged during the 2021-22 academic year.
Non-resident tuition for the 2022-23 year was 9.5% higher than the in-state rate, amounting to $12,450. This represents a 4.5% increase from $11,910 in the previous school year.
