Martin Odegaard is in line to make his first start in two months when Arsenal host Brentford tonight.
Odegaard injured his knee at the start of October and he has now returned to action, but only as a substitute.
The midfielder has come off the bench in Arsenal’s last two games against Bayern Munich and Chelsea, getting 42 minutes under his belt.
Odegaard could now start when the Gunners take on Brentford at Emirates Stadium on Wednesday night .
Arsenal come into the match off the back of three huge games, with the last of those at Stamford Bridge on Sunday.
Mikel Arteta could therefore make changes to his side, although he is short of options in the heart of defence.
Gabriel is out with a thigh injury, while William Saliba is struggling with the knock that forced him to miss
