Authorities in Kyiv, Ukraine, announced this week that they arrested a British man accused of spying for Putin after he was allegedly recruited by the FSB intelligence agency.

Ross David Cutmore - a former soldier who was training troops in Ukraine - has been accused of passing sensitive information to Russian authorities in exchange for money in 2024.

Ukrainian officials have alleged he sent "the coordinates of Ukrainian units, photographs of the training area, and information regarding military personnel that could be used to identify them".
