KENTWOOD, MI – Two teens were arrested on Tuesday, Dec. 2, in connection with a report of shots fired, Kentwood police said.
No injuries were reported during the incident.
Officers responded to a 7 p.m. report of shots fired near 60 th Street and Kalamazoo Avenue.
Shortly after receiving the call, officers spotted an 18-year-old and 17-year-old, matching the suspect description, walking in the area.
Police found a stolen firearm and an unregistered firearm in their possession. Both men were lodged at the Kent County Jail on related charges.
