Alan Titchmarsh has revealed the reply he delivers to those who enquire whether he plans to retire. He acknowledged that he's "knocking on a bit" as he discussed a significant move that signals the conclusion of a 23-year chapter. In September, Alan listed the extensive four-acre property he shares with wife Alison for £3.95 million .
