INDIANAPOLIS — The Indiana Chamber’s Wellness Council of Indiana (WCI) is pleased to announce Heather Sittler, senior health strategist at Hylant in Indianapolis, has been elected president of the WCI Board of Advisors, effective last month.

Sittler, a well-respected health strategist with more than 25 years of experience advising organizations on employee well-being, brings deep expertise in aligning workplace wellness strategies with organizational mission, culture and long-term goals. Her work spans helping employers develop comprehensive wellness roadmaps, ensuring compliance with wellness-related regulations, identifying workforce needs, connecting organizations with wellness vendors and establishing metrics to measure impact and progress.
