A hugely popular social media channel that reviews the UK's hidden food gems has gone viral after enjoying one of the city's best bakeries.

Food Review Club , which sends its teams across the UK to review the UK’s best restaurants , street food, fish and chips, Sunday roasts, takeaways and pubs filmed themselves outside Grant's the Bakers on Bellgrove Street.

Lead reviewer Matt, who launched the channel in 2018, confirmed that Glasgow's food fans had described it as the "most legitimate bakers in Glasgow" rivalling even Sir Alex Ferguson's personal favourite, Watson's Bakery, on Shaw Street in Govan.
