Police on Tuesday arrested a man and accused him of assaulting a jogger in Vancouver on Oct. 26.
Nathan Howard Allen, 21, of Vancouver, faces charges including fourth-degree assault and indecent exposure.
The woman told police she was jogging in the 1100 block of Southeast 99th Avenue in Vancouver around 7:16 a.m. when a man riding a bike approached her from behind, grabbed her crotch and knocked her to the ground, police said in a statement.
