A teenager who bought a £2.40 bag of granola from a Sainsbury’s was shocked to see the interior of the packet start to move. Soon after college student Josie Wright returned from a Sainsbury’s Local in Arnos Grove, London on November 31, the 16-year-old noticed that the bag itself was moving.
Initially believing there might be a bug inside the packet of Raisin, Nut & Honey granola, her fears rose when she began hearing the sounds of eating from within. Telling her mother Lindsay, 56, about what she was noticing, Josie began filming the bag, footage that showed oat clusters moving about inside the 1kg bag.
