Temperatures are expected to drop below 0° by sunrise Thursday, potentially challenging the day's record low temperature of -4°. Wind chills will likely settle in the -10° to -15° range, so stay bundled up especially if you plan on being outside for a while.

Despite open sunshine all day, highs will struggle to reach the low teens (above 0°) Thursday afternoon. Winds will calm down as a high pressure system passes by, at least helping limit the chill a tiny bit.
