The 2025-26 season officially gets underway for the Dinos track & field program this weekend, hosting the annual Dino Opener inside the Jack Simpson Gym on Sunday.

Calgary is coming off yet another strong season that saw them once again finish as Canada West runners-up on the women’s side before placing fifth in the final team standings at nationals. Sienna MacDonald stole the headlines with her two U SPORTS records at last year’s nationals and the Airdrie, Alta. product returns for her fifth year in the Scarlet & Gold.
