The Old Dominion men’s basketball program signed guards CJ Harper and CJ Lyons for the 2026 recruiting class, head coach Mike Jones announced Wednesday.

ESPN lists Harper, a 6-3 McDonough, Georgia, native, as a four-star recruit. He has surpassed 1,000 career points as a junior at The Paideia School and was Region 5-A D1 Player of the Year last season.

“CJ brings a very mature game to our program,” Jones said of Harper. “He is a gym rat that is used to playing with older guys — that has contributed to his steady improvement over the past four years.”
