Members of the Lubbock County Sheriff's Office gathered at the LSO Training Academy for a special memorial service for K9 Arlo, the counties longest serving active-duty dog. Arlo, a Belgian Malinois, worked in the Texas Anti-Gang Center alongside his handler Cpl. Hastings since 2021.
