WACO, Texas — The Bears’ class includes four four-star recruits and is ranked No. 26 nationally and third in the Big 12, according to the On3 composite rankings.
The class features prospects from Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Oklahoma and Utah, including several high-profile in-state signees and multiple players ranked among the top at their positions.
Among the headliners is Oklahoma City defensive lineman Jae’Lin Battle, a four-star recruit ranked as one of the top defensive linemen nationally. Battle recorded 62 tackles, 17 tackles for loss and 9.5 sacks as a senior at Edmond Santa Fe.
