FAIRMONT — Two of Fairmont’s downtown establishments are in a feud caused by a quirk of the building they share.
The Joe filed a lawsuit against Mama Di Roma in August, and now, both companies are due in court for a hearing next week. The basis of the Joe’s lawsuit against Mama Di Roma focuses on the building’s design, which places vital HVAC, water systems and an emergency egress path on the side of the building Mama Di Roma owns.
