Call it niche or a Christmas miracle, but the Muppets and Knives Out crossover fans have been calling for has finally happened – and Daniel Craig has thoughts.

Director Rian Johnson ’s films have a history of landing around Christmas time, which has created escalating calls from fans for the Muppets to help detective Benoit Blanc solve a new mystery in a future instalment in the Oscar-winning series.

And while Rian has previously pushed back on the idea , Netflix has jumped on its new partnership with Sesame Street to find a loophole, launching a Forks Out parody video featuring a Muppet-ified version of Benoit Blanc, aptly renamed Beignet Blanc.
