Dear Good Job,
My boss has been bringing her 4-year-old son to work with her for the past two months since she lost his regular sitter when she passed away in a car accident. He’s a nice kid, but it’s fallen on us employees to watch him and keep him entertained, and it’s really affecting our ability to do our jobs. In our area, daycare is obscenely expensive, and there are months-long wait lists. I don’t want to appear unsympathetic to her plight, but this really is becoming a problem. Any suggestions?
