(Bismarck, ND) — A man who pleaded guilty to a sex crime is being sentenced. On Tuesday, Cyril Gieser agreed to plead guilty to a count of sexual exploitation of a child. According to a court document, he had taken inappropriate pictures and had sexual contact with three children from October 2023 to around January 2024. Geiser also currently has three open felony cases in Burleigh County court and is expected to plead guilty during a hearing next week. Gieser was sentenced to 200 months in prison, lifetime supervised release, and a 100-dollar special assessment.
