The decision to let the state's No Labels Party change its name to the Arizona Independent Party should be declared unlawful and reversed, a new lawsuit demands.

Citing worries of "a virtual certainty of substantial voter confusion and frustration," the Arizona Citizens Clean Elections Commission's suit targets Secretary of State Adrian Fontes, who made the October decision to make the name change official on Dec. 1.
