The criminal trial against Chandler councilmember OD Harris was postponed again after his attorney requested a change of judge Dec. 3.

The move was the latest in a series of delays that have stretched a criminal case against a sitting city councilmember for more than a year.

Justice of the Peace Leonore Driggs of the Arcadia Biltmore Justice Court, which covers part of northeast Phoenix, has been presiding over the case since April. But judge pro-tem Alexia Sedillo handled the Dec. 3 trial because Driggs had prior commitments, prompting the request to change judge and delay the case.
