Oregon State football is building out its coaching staff under new head coach JaMarcus Shephard, and one position coach will be a familiar face for Beavers fans.
All-time great OSU defensive lineman Inoke Breckterfield is coming back to Corvallis. According to multiple reports, Breckterfield is leaving his job as defensive line coach at Baylor for the same job at OSU.
Breckterfield played for the Beavers from 1995-98, named a third team All-American and first team All-Pac-12 selection his senior year at OSU.
At the time, the Honolulu, Hawaii product finished his career as OSU’s all-time leader in both sacks (19.5) and tackles for loss (55.5). He played five seasons in the Canadian Football League for Toronto and Winnipeg.
